Do I need travel insurance?

Its always a good idea to be properly insured. Please check that any insurance you do have would cover your losses in the circumstance that an event is cancelled or postponed.

 

 
Do I need to bring confirmation emails with me.

It never hurts, and can speed up our check-in.

If you have a confirmed order with us, then we are expecting you and looking forward to welcoming you to the event.

If other members of your party are travelling seperately from you, then please let them know the name the booking is in, and preferably the order number too.

 
I booked ages ago and I haven't heard anything!

I do try and limit the amount of emails that go out... that said, perhaps I should send more.

You should have had an order confirmation email from our booking system with your order number, and specifying that your order is confirmed, when you made your booking.

If not, please get in touch.

If you have this, then I am expecting you and will be in touch, usually a couple of weeks before the event with a whole bunch of arrival information, directions, car passes and whatever else the specific event requires.

 
What are your mattresses like?

The mattresses are about 2' wide and 6' long. The mattresses we supply are either two auto inflation camping mattresses stacked together or  2 inch thick upholstery grade foam, both types are contained within a cover which has a faux fur top and a waterproof bottom. Our customers really like them .. please do not take yours home with you!

 

 

 
Do I need to bring a sleeping bag?

Yes, you can either bring sleeping bags and a pillow or sheets and a duvet. Don't forget to bring your favourite bear.
